Service Description

This class is a guaranteed sweat session. My kickboxing class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Modification suggestions makes this a great class for beginners but is also suitable for the elite athlete and fitness levels in between. YOU'LL NEED: Set Your Camera about waist high at a 7-10foot distance away from you. It helps if there is a mirror in front of you, so you can watch your form.(Ensure you are in full view). This Workout can be done on or off the heavy bag, you can also hold light 2-5lbs max dumbbells while you punch for an even greater burn. Water on Standby. Keep Pushing 30min. HIIT Workout.
